Migrating BCM to SQL 2005 Express

Does anyone know where I can find the best practise steps for migration of
BCM from MSDE to SQL 2005 express.
 
My experience is that it works. Basically you need to make the db on
express look exactly the same as on MSDE--e.g. same instance name. I
haven't seen any documents on this though.
