BCM Does Not Show Up - SQL 2005 Express?

I installed BCM (Outlook 2007) and SP1 on my client's XP Pro SP2 server
(peer-to-peer) and he previously had installed SQL Express 2005 and Visual
Basic Express. However, BCM components and menus do not appear in Outlook
after the install. Also, SQL SmallBiz does not appear to have installed.

What do I have to do to get BCM to work? Will it work with SQL 2005 Express?

Thank you! (Mobile 412-215-9076)

BCM Setup should install SQL 2005 Express if it is not installed, and
then create a SQL instance for BCM (MSSMLBIZ), whether BCM installed
the Sql bits, or they were already on the machine. Perhaps there's a
problem if the version of Sql on the machine doesn't exactly (e.g.
service pack) match the version in BCM, but I haven't heard of that
before. I'm surprised it didn't install the Sql instance and didn't
report any error. Also, BCM when installed, should start with Outlook,
and then look for its Sql instance.

Does BCM show up in the Add Remove Programs applet?

Try a new Outlook profile. If BCM still doesn't start-up, uninstall
and reinstall BCM, and check the setup log for errors.
