Migrate from Outlook 2007 to Outlook Express?

Is there an easy way to move email account settings, and email folders, from
Outlook 2007 to Outlook Express?

I really don't like Outlook 2007 and don't use enough Outlook features to
merit moving back to Outlook 2003.

That worked great for the messages, but I couldn't find any way to move the
accounts or contacts over from Outlook 2007.

You must export them to a format OE can import, like CSV.
