Migrate Contact Groups

I have no problem migrating my "Windows Mail" address book from one Vista
machine to another, but I don't see a way to migrate groups. I have several
groups I'd like to migrate. I've tried simply dragging and dropping, and
the group goes into the address book, but there are no members associated
with this. This is a real pain in the ass to have to recreate. There has
to be a easy way to do this! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
