Gentlefolk: I am in the process of migrating from XP to Vista Professional.
I was able to import my Contacts and old e-mails OK, but my many group lists
did not make it over to WM. I saved my Contact file via comma-sep values,
per guidance that I have seen. That got the Contacts to transfer over, but
not the Groups. Then I tried bringing a copy of my OE wab file over to see
if that would work, but the WM Import function does not even "see" it.
Next, I tried to rebuild my Groups in WM by copying the members of a group
from its Properties page, but then I cannot find a way to paste them into a
new group name box that I want to create, although I COULD do this in XP.
(I want to create a similar group list to the first one, then delete one
name so I am not sending jokes that I get from a person back to him when I
forward them on.)
Anyone with some thoughts or guidance out there?
Thanks,
Terry
