I am creating ringtones for my LG G4010 phone. The program I use to
accomplish this works better with wav or mp3 files than with midi
files.

Although it's a large download, Timidity is my preferred player for
midi and karaoke files (include lyrics), and the easy installer you

You could download Winamp 2.x, download one of the midi plug-ins and set the
output steam of winamp to wav... I have done that once. I'm not using winamp
at the moment, so I cannot give any details.
