Best to repost in a dedicated MS Word newsgroup. When you do so, try to be a
little more specific, e.g. how exactly you notice that Word is slower than
it used to be. It also helps if you formulate a question instead of simply

No they are not - plenty of posts in microsoft.public.word.newusers.....
