Microwsoft Outlook 2007 can't open html attachments

My 2007 Outlook quit opening html attachments. I get an error that says
Microsoft Outlook Previewer has an error.

I have re-loaded Outlook without success.

All other attachments work fine.

I am having the same error... I have done everything I know how to do... This
appears to be a fairly common error....but what is the fix???
