Microtek ScanWizard 5 keeps saying there are no printers installed!

Has anyone encountered a problem with the Microtek ScanWizard 5
software where it refuses to recognize printers? In the Scanner
Configuration utility under the copy tab is says no printers installed
when I try to setup a printer. All my printers are correctly setup and
print perfectly so it is not the printer drivers.

Pentium 4 2.67MHz.
512MB RIMM
Windows XP Pro
Scanmaker 5900
ScanWizard 5.93

Support has Microtek ScanWizard Pro v3.09 for Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000,
and XP. Is this what you are using?
