i keep receiving emails from microsoft with attachments
i'm pissed of how can i stop it the messages say

You can't it is due to a virus and is NOT from Microsoft. If you have
tried to install the patch, you now have the virus.

BTW this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try
annexcafe.general.user2user newsgroup.
