Microsoft Works

Recently my hard drive crashed. After the Quick Restore
and downloading Word2000 am still do not have microsoft
works, which was originally on my system. I have files
that I can no longer open, what do I do the get microsoft
works?

You'll have to reinstall it. Not part of the operating system.

Reinstall from the Works CD or OEM folder, if applicable.
