microsoft work is typing wrong letters when I type?

I am doing a document and when I am typing the letters they are coming out
wrong in my word document i.e. if I am trying to type "to" it can come out as
ze or something like that.

Is this happening only in Word or in all applications? If the latter,
perhaps you have enabled a different keyboard, say, the Dvorak arrangement?

Yes its only happening in word? How do I disenable the keyboard? I can be
typing along and then all of a sudden it starts doing it in the middle of my
document.

If this is happening only in Word, then it's not due to the keyboard setting
in Windows (unless you're pressing a key that switches keyboard layout). You
might check your keyboard settings in Windows Control Panel to make sure
that you don't have any other keyboard enabled or any shortcut key enabled
for switching keyboard layouts.
