Microsoft Words Can not call up files

Please help : All files in my documents can not be called
up on Microsoft word only notepad?
 
Do you have WORD installed?

Find a .doc file with Windows Explorer.
Right click the file and select "open with", select WORD
(you may need to browse to find WORD), be sure to check the
"always open with" box and click OK.
