Microsoft word

Everytime I open microsoft word the screen goes white and
the program fails to respond-I have to open it in safe
mode to prevent this. I do not know why this is happening.

Place the WORD CD in the drive, and try a repair install. This will
replace bad files, and reinstate the correct entries in the registry.
