microsoft word

can anyone help,came to use microsoft word after using it 2 days ago,keep getting the message preparing to install then it keeps saying install cd/dvd,didnt get one as word came installed on the pc, any ideas what to do?please dont say reinstall as have nothing at all.

You should have a CD that came with the computer. It should have the MS
Word files with it. Not everyone selling computers provide this CD and some
charge extra for it. However every one SHOULD come with it and if yours did
not I suggest taking it back to where you got it and insist that they
resolve the problem and provide you with the re-install CD.
