When I tried to open a file on a floppy disk it says I do not have access, please contact administrator. How do I do this.
 
The id you are using doesn't have the necessary permissions. Contact
the administrator to fix for you, or if it you, first read about "System
Admininstraton" in Help.

However ... it is strongly recommended you *never* work on a file
located on a floppy disk with Word. It *will* get corrupted. Instead,
copy the file from the floppy to the hard disk, and work on it from there.
