microsoft word labels

I went to go and make some new labels and there aren't any lines in between
the labels. Like all the format for them has disappeared. Any know how to
fix this or know what I mean??

A label is created using a Word table. If you aren't seeing the gridlines of
the table, go to Tables/View Gridlines.
