Microsoft Word, excell, powerpoint

I have Windows 98 -- I however, for some reason, do not
have Word, Excel, or powerpoint--where do i get these
without having to reinstall windows

Windows 98 is an Operating System. To get Word,
Excel and PowerPoint you need to install Microsoft
Office package. These are two separate things.
