Microsoft word and publisher

I would like to transfer document from publisher to word is it possible?If it
is can anyone,please tell me how?

ThankYou for the information,Patrick,unfortunately I am not much of a
computer expert.I downloaded a pack converter from Microsoft
(oconvpck.ex...)but my computer can,t open it,and,I don't know how tu use it'
