I am trying to send a resume from Word to different sites
on the web that say "paste resume here" and they give a
box to put it in. When I copy then paste it in it is
always jumbled up and never appears the way it is in
Word, please help me, this is the 1st thing an employer
sees about me and I want it to look the way it looks on
Word the way I typed it.

You'll probably need to paste into Notepad and remove all the garbage
characters, if any. The form is likely looking for plain text, no
formatting.
