Microsoft wireless network and mIRC

I have the Microsoft wireless network hooked to my Dell
computer running Windows XP. I am lost as to how to set-
up the wireless router to handle DCC in mIRC. I found a
site once but can't find it again. Anyone got any ideas?

(this may not even be the right newsgroup for the
question but I am at my wits end on figuring this out)
