microsoft wipe out

Before Sasser my microsoft products wiped out. When accessing Outlook I receive this message: this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. Details state Outlook had an invalid page default in module ms09.dll at 0167.308e07cf. What to do? When I try and reinstall my Windows 98 disc it asks for disc number two. there were only one discs for that program if I recall.
