Microsoft Windows 2003 Cluster Vs DFS to provide file service

We are under a migration project from Novell file servers to Microsoft
Windows 2003 servers to maintain file services to over 3000 users in
Corporation and they are distributed among over 6 different sides.

We are using EVA8000 as storage with HP CA for file replication at storage
level. There are two options in front of us: (1) Form a Microsoft cluster to
provide the file service (2) Form DFS.

Which one is better when considering availabliity, user transparency,
scability, manageability, flexibility, and DR recovery?
Any comparison matrix of Microsoft cluster vs DFS?
