microsoft webpage language

Did an exchange to Korea right after buying a new laptop in Canada. Now,
years later, I still can't browse microsoft without all text in Korean. How
would I set my 'puter to receive English pages?

This could be corrected using
START>
CONTROL PANEL>
REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS

Make sure that you have the various settings selected to reflect your
Langauge and Country.

You can also look at Internet Explorer
TOOLS>
OPTIONS>
Click on the Language tab
Make sure it's set for Englsh as applicable to your location [USA, UK etc].
