Microsoft VM

I am running Windows XP professional with the latest service pack.
A program that I am running through Internet Explorer 6 requires the
Microsoft VM rather than the Sun Java program which is installed on my
computer.
How do I re-install the Microsoft VM as my virtual machine for Java to
replace the Sun VM?
