Microsoft VM

I've upgraded to Windows XP home from Windows ME. I am
trying to access some online courses that I waw able to
access prior to my upgrade. I find that I need to check
the settings in my IE 6 browser. the settings have to do
with Microsoft VM. The problem is that I do not have
Microsoft VM contained within my current browser. How do
I get it?
