Every time I am on the internet lately (last two weeks)
the following apprears and closes my internet, can some
one tell what is wrong and how to correct it as HP can not:

"Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Library
Runtimer Error
Program C/Files/internet Exp./iexplore.exe
Abnormal Program Termination"

i'm having a similar problem as gregg, except i get this message box when windows opens up--i have windows xp
"Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Librar
Runtimer Error
Program: C:\Program Files\Common files\updmgr\updmgr.ex
abnormal program termination
