A quick lookup at filext.com for .shl brings up nothing. Please quote the
exact text of the error message and tell us when it happens. When you first
start Windows? When you do a particular action? While running a specific
program?
With the very little information you've provided, all I can tell you is that
some program written in that language is failing with a runtime error. You
need to find out what that program is. It could be anything - malware, bad
driver, funky program you installed, etc.
