microsoft visual c++ error

I get a runtime error for visual c++ when I am
installing "Photoparade" from the photoparade CD. Is
this a Photoparade error or a MS visual c++ error? All
my WIN XP files are updated per the internet. What can I
do??

Contact Photoparade and ask them about the error.
