I accidently deleted a hot fix file, & it must have
affected my PDF file , I cant access it using my adobe, I
have no clue what I can do, I have done system restore to
no avail.

Try this: Right click on the PDF you are trying to
open and choose the Open With command. Pick the "Choose
program" option and this will bring up a window that will
allow you to pick the program (Adobe Reader most likely)
to open this file with. Be sure to Check the box at the
bottom that says "Always use the selected program to open
this kind of file". By doing this you can re-associate
PDF files to be opened with Adobe Reader.

P.S. If you can't find Adobe Reader in the list you may
have to browse for it or re-install Adobe. Good Luck!
