Microsoft Updates

My huband has removed the Micorsoft auto update fuction
on his computer, and now feels it necessaey to have it.
He cannot find out how to get this program back. Can
anyone tell us how to do it?? He is running XP. Thank
you Edee
 
Open XP's "Help and Support: and type: UPDATES , and hit enter.
Click on the task titled: "Turn on automatic updates".

Press Window key + Break key combination this will bring up
system properties and click automatic updates tab. and
check keep my computer up to date.
