Windows update

I have a client with XP home. He does not run windows
update or keep his AV up to date. Of course his computer
runs great now! My question relates to Windows Update. He
has a dial up connection and hasn't updated windows in
about a year. How can I download the patches he needs
over my highspeed connection?

Also, his csrss.exe uses more and more memory. He had
netsky on his PC, but it's gone now.
