Microsoft updates fail

[Rocky]

Recently installed SP3 and now my updates don't work.
I get the page saying Express install or custom and which ever I choose I
get this message:
"The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the pageyou are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you resolve the
problem."

Error number 0x8007043B

Can anyone help?

Thanks for the very useful help.
I cured the problem by following these instructions.

Click Start, select Run and type (pressing enter after each one and wait for
the
success message):

net.exe stop wuauserv
Press Ok

Repeat for the following:
regsvr32 wuapi.dll
regsvr32 wups.dll
regsvr32 wuaueng.dll
regsvr32 wucltui.dll
regsvr32 msxml3.dll
regsvr32 atl.dll

net.exe start wuauserv
