Microsoft technical support feedback

I had an unbelievable support session today with a
tremendous Microsoft supoort specialist. Can anyone tell
me how I can provide feedback to her management? She gave
me an address of (e-mail address removed). Does this make
sense? Or is there a better way, rather than just sending
an e-mail to that address?

Hi Ken,

(e-mail address removed) will work fine or you could just call her back and
ask her for her direct manager's email address and/or phone. Feedback is
always appreciated!
