"Register for newsletter" and "feedback " and "tell a friend"

On the homepage of my site www.reccomended.co.uk I have 3 interactive buttons
to do the following tasks.
"Register for newsletter" could be a very simple form e-mailed to me with
their e-mail address.
"Feedback" would just open their e-mail provider and put my e-mail address
and subject text in the correct place.
"Tell a friend" would provide a space for the friends e-mail address and
send my web address and any comments.
I use FP2003. Can anyone tell me if there is a simple command to put in the
hypertext line in the button properties to achieve what I want?

add the following to the hyperlink
