I contacted microsoft support in the UK, regarding
performance problems on my laptop.
It was deemed necessary to install hotfix for Knowledge
Base article 330512. They gave me a case number &
said they would send out an email with instructions on
downloading and installing this hotfix, but alas I haven't
recieved the email.
Does anyone know a support email I can contact, or do I
have to call them up again?
Or do you know how I can get this hotfix?

Just go to www.microsoft.com (or equivalent in the UK) and do a search for
KB330512 - you will then get the link to download it.
