They host the main newsgroups, but it is copied throughout the world.
Those who answer here are mainly volunteers.
This message you speak of, the one I am responding to and since you specify
no others, the only one I know you have posted; there is no question in it -
what type of help do you want?
 
microsoft has put out a bunch of buggy programming and
caused so many problems as of late. no wonder they suck.
