Microsoft sucks, help

This issue has been first resolved in SP4 as I wrote before please see the
link http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=324184 this issue is
causing trouble any suggestions? Cannot obtain the fix as it takes too much
money and time for me. I live far from US.

Do you have SP4 installed? If so, you already do have the fix...
