Microsoft SQL Server will not install

On the advice of another poster, I removed Microsoft SQL Server from
Microsoft Office Small Business 2007 application to speed up Microsoft
Outlook.

Just the opposite has happened. Whenever I open Microsoft Outlook, I get an
error message (Error 26: Error Locating Server).

I have tried to repair and to reinstall my Microsoft Office Small Business
2007 several times. Microsoft SQL Server will not install.
 
That only works if you also remove BCM. Is BCM still enabled in the profile?
Look in file, data file management - if so, remove it.
