Microsoft Speech engine Problems

Unable to access the engine's settings when Logged in
withina a Domain but it can be done if not Logged onto
Network...
Simply i can say when I log in to Local Machine I can
access the Speech engine but can't do if I login to a
domain...
PLs help...
 
You need to log on with the Domain Account and INSTALL it there, then if
you log on NOT connected use the Cached credentials of the Domain
account. You are 2 different users and you need to make it 1 user.
