Microsoft Shared Fax Client

When upgrading from windows 98 se I receive the message that I must
uninstall Microsoft Shared Fax Client. However I can't find this in my
add/remove programs. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.
 
Is that in the Internet Options of Internet Explorer? Or is it accessed by
opening the Network or Internet applet in Control Panel? I can't, for the
life of me, remember which. Start with the Control Panel.
