Microsoft Rich Text Format & Microsoft Paint not working...or miss

I had those on my computer and now it's like they were uninstalled!

....yes, I messed up. And yeah, it was after I uninstalled something in an
attempt to get rid of Internet Explorer 7 & downgrade back to 6, so I can see
a media file on MSN. -_-;;; And I don't like Notepad for my .rtf & my .doc &
I want Microsoft Paint back for my .bmp, jpg, .png, etc...


Please help. ;_;

For paint,open add/remove,click on windows components,highlite paint &
chk the box,install...

But dude, I checked...and THERE IS NO PAINT!

Plus, I still need Rich Text Format, which is neded more. I HATE Notepad.

Open Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Add/Remove Windows Components
button, double-click Accessories and Utilities, double-click
Accessories, deselect Paint. Exit, reenter the same location and add Paint.

I don't have any idea on the RTF, other than possibly reinstalling
Windows over the current install.
