microsoft public mail

When this box option came up asking me if I wanted this mail I hit the yes
by mistake. Can anyone tell me how to remove this from my pc as I want it
for a dedicated purpose which does not require mail?

Windows Mail is part of the Vista operating system, and cannot
be removed.

If you will describe how it gets in the way, we may be able to
give you a fix for that.
