Assuming you are talking about Office: two. The EULA provides for
desktop and laptop, same user.

Microsoft is a company name.

Professional denotes an edition of a product within a family of them for
that product.

2007 denotes a version label for a product.

So far, you have yet to actually identify the product. Was it perhaps
Windows XP Professional which is the topic of THIS newsgroup? If so,
there is no 2007 version of it. I believe there was a 2002 version of
it to denote the Media Center edition of XP Professional. Or did you
perhaps means MS *Office* Professional 2007 (which would be the topic of
a different newsgroup)?

What does the EULA say about your use of the license for whatever it is
you meant to ask about?

If you mean Windows XP Professional, only on one PC at a time. If OEM
version, only on the first PC that it gets installed on (officially)
forever.

If you want Office 2007, then check the EULA.
