Hi
I downloaded the spy software and ran on my system.Once
system rebooted i get this error message c:\progra~1
\newdot~1\newdot~2.dll missing and i cannot turn on
windows firewall.i get a error message to say windows
firewall/Internet connection sharing service is not
running.I canot restart this from Services menue.any Ideas

Start/All Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt
Type "netsh winsock reset" ENTER
Follow prompts and reboot.

Then IMMEDIATELY run an updated virus scan.
Then run AntiSpyware again.

This is not caused by AntiSpyware.
It is caused by the Spyware that has been removed
