Microsoft please answer - Windows update redirected

I have read through past posts, have carried out the pertinent actions, do
not have any virus' etc yet I still cannot access the update site - it gets
redirected to v4.... etc with the thank you message and you must be using a
ms os. Yes I am w2k sp4.

Please help. This is affecting 5 of my systems.
