Does Microsoft Photo Editor come with XP (or Office XP)?
I have it but I've been told its not standard.

I believe that Photo Editor is part of Office.

Microsoft Photo Editor comes with Office XP. I am not sure if Photo Editor
is part of the standard {default} Office XP installation.
If you have Office XP and do not find Photo Editor under Programs, Microsoft
Office Tools, then run Office XP add and remove features and install the
Photo Editor from the Tools folder.
