I have W98 SE and my above subject constantly receives all
kinds of emails that I know nothing about. They are the
same worms I would get inmy yahoo emails of which I marked
as spam. I have had as many as 815 in an hours time. How
do I stop them from coming in? Can I remove MIrcosoft
Outlook? Thanks.

You create rules that delete them. You can't stop them coming in without a
third-party filter program.

Can I remove MIrcosoft
Outlook?

It's your computer. You can do what you want. But what would removing
Outlook do? Don't you need some program on your PC to read mail?
