Sounds like you deleted the shortcuts. Do a start/search for a file called
outlook.exe and then create a shortcut to it. If you have deleted the
program itself, then it's a reinstall of the program from your CD.

Hi Michelle,

Did you look here (this is Office 2003 w/default install):
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE
right click on the file and select Send To and Desktop "create
shortcut". You can rename it, then right click the shortcut on the
Desktop and drag it to the Quicklaunch bar. Let go and select Copy to.

Try C/Program Files/Microsoft Office/Office10/OUTLOOK (shown as an
application in details view). Right-click it, select "Create shortcut" in
menu. Do one at a time: cut and paste the shortcuts where wanted (your
Start menu and Quick Launch folders). I added one on Desktop, my
preference.

Such a combination of deleted shortcuts cannot be done accidentally. Maybe
done with ignorance, but not an accident.
