Outlook 2003 hangs whenever we tried to attach or insert an attachment.
Three of my users recently reported this problem. I have run a complete
updates, updated and scanned the systems for virus and spyware and i am still
not able to attach or insert documents. When I click insert, it brings out a
window. Clicking on the drop down arrow to navigate to the file hangs Outlook.
Help!!!!!
